Downloaded the app, it asks for an email but then does absolutely nothing! The cup itself seems to be working fine so far (I just got it today though so we will see.) Frustrating that it “comes with an app” but yet doesn’t even work.

My experience is the same as other reviewers. The iOS app, once downloaded, request an email. After submitting an email (I suggest using iCloud hide my email), nothing ever happens. No email is sent from VFZO to enable registering or adding a device. The app simply collects your email and is useless.

I read the other two reviews that also gave this app one star and thought maybe they fixed it since then, so I downloaded the app and it did the exact same thing. It took my email address and then did absolutely nothing. Every time you press the + to add your device, it asked for your email address and then disappears into the same thing over and over and over again. Useless.

Just paid $100 for a heating cup with “app control”. The app gathers your email and then does nothing. Avoid!

Opens to a first page asks for an email and then says no likey your email and you are done. App does absolutely nothing.
