Reimbursement request form

It takes some time to figure out exactly what to do but that done, it is rather clear and easy to work with. Definitely an improvement over previous years.

Landscape mode?

Won’t work on my iPad in landscape settings, Why?

Problems accessing account

This app is easy to use, however, every quarter when I access the account, I have to delete the app and download it again because it does not recognize my credentials. Once this situation is resolved, you would get a five star rating.

Login on app broken

Login fails with exact same credentials that continue to work perfectly on the website. Of course now I'm worried this could be a Trojan app, the username and password are perfectly entered and yet it fails. Hmm. But it's probably just useless junk thrown together cheaply - because why bother investing in customers you are only reimbursing money to? Right? Who knows what to trust on an app if they can't even get the login part working. A shame really. Big corporation like IMS can't make a fully functional iPhone app.

This app does not allow access to the files folder, the most logical place for a file to be found to upload.

Latest update broke sign in

App was ahead kind of flashy but the latest update broke sign in Says "system error has occurred" And it was a required update. Nice work Via!

Annoying

Every time this app gets updated, which is frequent, it forces me to log back in and it doesn’t remember Face ID for that log in.
