Waste of time. Fancy Video Game through the train, but how to use? Icons tiny on cell phone - leaving one to guess “what does this do”. Forced startup animation takes a long time. Was looking to see schedules and book, not play a video game.

And the award for worst app in the app store goes to…..🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁 Via Rail Canada! One would think this would be the perfect place to find schedules and...going out on a limb here… book a trip! But no. This genius app does none of these things. It's very nice if you want to learn about the train and are able to read French. But if you are an English speaker and are hoping to to accomplish an important task quickly, you will be very disappointed. Very disappointed, because you waste about 10 minutes to download and then come to the determination that this is nothing but a terrible commercial for what appears to be a beautiful train. Pro tip... Bring a magnifying glass if you are over 15 years old because they used font size .0005 to label navigation.

Was looking for Via Rail booking. This app is absolutely useless

It appears this is not a booking site. If it is. It’s Terrible

U need to be able to enter all cars and the locomotive. And I think there are 24 cars on the Canadian -trainsforroobert

What the heck is this. It can only hurt the Trans Canada. Also cannot find other Viarail routes and services.

Worst app I’ve seen yet, from interface to user friendliness. There’s no way this app was tested by costumers before full launch.

This is the worse App ever. I don’t really care to see a train moving across the country. All I want is my account to book a train and pay for it. I don’t have all day to watch this piece of junk.

I am not able to use the app- to navigate. Each time I end up powering off my phone . Will use website instead

Ok - you got me - very funny. Where’s the one for the phone? Let me guess - you tendered an RFP for someone to develop the app and you awarded the contract to the lowest price after they promised you the world. See ArriveCan, Phoenix pay system…etc.
