The support doesn’t exist. They don’t work at refunds money of cancelled flights. Just don’t answer at all in their Application. They just took peoples money and then disappear!

Worst and fake app collecting the payment and issue the booking confirmation number Finally they are not sending pnr number and showing in app progress . Then sending mail different fare to get pnr . Clearly knowing air tkt Booking scam is doing in this app my trip was cancelled due to this fake app

Worst application to book tickets they are literally looting people, they don’t even have manners how to talk to customers, they cancelled my tickets without my concern and now they are not refunding my amount. Where to go now?

This seems to not even a company! This company belongs to someone who is extremely incapable of doing any kind of good practice.

Very bad experience through this app taking payment advance without confirmation of booking and not return yet msg showing refund done. No one answered properly

Not able to download the tickets into Apple Pass

Even if you are in emergency, please do not book from this website. Their partners are so lazy and they’ll take money on bookings which aren’t even available, then you’ll be giving more time on it to get your own money refunded.

I’ve tried to book 2 domestic flight tickets on March 29th 2023 and when I’ve done the payments the app shows that server went down and my booking is not confirmed and I tried to refresh the page again and again but it’s shows “unable to fetch your updated account details from server” I called the customer care and submitted the transaction proofs and they said in 48 hours they will refund the money and after 2 days I got a mail mentioned they will refund only after 7 to 9 days time, I said ok but after the 7th day I called customer care again and they said it’s government holidays and that’s why it’s getting delayed and the money will be refunded before April 10th but now they I got an another mail mentioning that you’ve to wait till 10 working days or April 15th Are you serious ? It’s my own money, time and energy you people are wasting Very disappointed with this Via.com Service
