This is truly amazing. I haven’t seen anything like it anywhere. I now live in Boston USA and our family have a farm at Strathbogie near Euroa/Seymour. I have been in the CFA and SES and the quality of maps and updates is amazing. The ease of use and live data is exceptional. For a running fight when fighting bush fires and when you are on a tanker and the flames are surrounding you it is essential to know where farm fences run and it is accurate within feet on all the fences l know The other emergency features on trees down health etc show the massive effort being used. A truly remarkable Ap. It should be shared with every emergency management department around the world it will absolutely save human lives without question I was so impressed l forwarded a screenshot the other day to the director of the state emergency management here in MA USA

I made the mistake of updating to this current version. The first map is very small and the second map very disjointed when I try to re-navigate and/or zoom into the incidents. There are no details as to the size or type of "incident" and I'm finding the whole app very klunky and not overly helpful. I'm going to rely on the CFA website and radio otherwise I'll end up throwing my iPhone 4 out in frustration! ;) I really liked the old version though!

While on one hand an old iPhone 3GS isn't exactly a racehorse, there is nothing in this app that should require the added oomph of an iPhone 5. As it stands the app is klunky and non-responsive. Updates take forever. To put it flippantly: if you rely on this, you may find flames licking on your doorstep before it shows you a current status! Badly needs refactoring and performance tuning! For now I'll rely on the website on and on ABC radio.

Very innovative app and great content!!!! Would recommend a return/ back to app button when linked to website so you don't have to re-open app to explore other features.

Heard about this app through an Australian friend. Simply amazing. The developer and the government department who initiated this is to be congratulated! All fire authorities should make development of apps like this standard. Well done!

this app i get sends a lot of notifications but u have to think their important information what if a random thunderstorm came out of nowhere and u didn’t have time to move things outside you would feel stupid if u didn’t know plus it tells you about all the incidents and warnings like it’s a good app

This once useful app has become a USELESS app that will no longer load on my iPhone fix it please as it used to be a safety tool but not any more . Have tried deleting and reinstalling, nothing works

This is a vital app. Thank you for providing it. One improvement suggestion - can you please include the ability to apply more than one filter in the map settings in a watch zone? For example, it would be really useful for firefighting purposes to be able to show both Impact Areas and Wind Direction and speed at the same time (at the moment you have to choose one or the other and flick between them.)

Why’s it so hard to watch my burning property that iam not near so hard to watch my cattle and house ,burn to the ground I can’t get there and I have no idea what’s going on there !
