Недостатки
Частое отключение wifi сети( то в сети, то не в сети-тогда настройки не работают); ничего не записывается на sd card, а тревожные события в виде файла видео скачиваются на телефон, а не на карту; тревожные события: только видео, фото нет? Почему в приложении нет обозначения распознавания: человека, животного, автомобиля? На сайте компании rusmarta представлено видео по настройке DB04, но там приложение VicoHome более полное и функциональное, непонятно?!
Не работает с iPhone
После обновления приложения на iPhone, камера слетела и не синхронизируется больше. Обращался в тех поддержку магазина, заменили камеру - не помогло. Код сканирует, издаёт звуковой сигнал и потом выдаёт сообщение об ошибке соединения. После повторного обращения в поддержку, сказали, что обращались к разработчику приложения - тот посоветовал пользователю (то есть мне) ждать нового обновления. Камера Ps-link DB04. Магазин согласился вернуть деньги за камеру. А так думал ещё одну такую брать. Жаль, что из-за кривого софта нет возможности использовать хорошую камеру.
Нет подключения
После обновления приложения на iPhone 12 pro, камера не соединяется с телефоном для просмотра онлайн режима.
Не работает
На этапе, когда камера должна считать qr код с телефона ничего не происходит.

TERIA DE ALGUMA FORMA A CÂMERA GRAVAR DIRETO E NÃO SÓ COM MOVIMENTOS??😭 Dinheiro jogado fora, coloquei na frente do meu estabelecimento e simplesmente passam motos e carros na rua e nao deixa gravado e nem não avisa, os planos são caríssimos, compensa mais compra uma câmera com benefícios melhores!!
Tempo de gravação péssimo
Pago o plano 14,90 por mês para ter mais tempo nas gravações dos vídeos , e mesmo assim só tá gravando alguns segundos.. espero que respondam e corrijam isso.. configurei para 2 minutos e sobra segundos!!

Aplicativo não aceita 3 dispositivos no mesmo Wi-Fi
Estou com problemas pra conectar mais dispositivos ao aplicativo na mesma rede Wi-Fi, e o problema é que testei com outro Wi-Fi e deu certo, em resumo na mesma rede parece na da pra usar 3 câmeras, me plano e o básico, caso não consiga adicionar mais dispositivos vou ter que cancelar
