This app should be considered fraud
It doesn’t even work and I can’t even access my benefits at all because it shows a white screen. UI is so bad I reported it to the Better Business Bureau do BETTER!!!

Can’t see any balances left?
I can never see what balances I have left in coverage. Doesn’t matter what category I select, the screen just goes white and I can’t see anything.

Unable to submit a claim
Forms clear or won’t let you select a dropdown when trying to submit a claim. Useless app.
Screen goes blank
When looking for type of coverage and/or submitting claim. Screen goes blank/white. (Using IOS18.1)
Does the developer not look at reviews?
The app is so buggy and you can no longer check coverage anymore. The most needed functionality next to submitting claims is broken! Also when you submit claims, half the time it goes to a blank white screen then nothing :(. Please fix!!

One min the biometric works the next it does not. You then after try to sign in and states you don’t have an account. This app is a waste of time, I always end up calling a rep every time.

The page will flash after press start, but not leading to the login page
