2025 and it still barely works. Constantly disconnects from wifi, pain to setup, and mediocre experience all around. AVOID VICTROLA

Bought this expensive record player and a bunch of Sonos speakers. The record player never just connects always some issue to diagnose. Worst purchase probably ever

I’ve tried everything. I bought this $400 turntable. It works great at my friends house. He opens the big troll app and sees every Sonos on his network. I can only pull the one speaker that I don’t want it to ever use. I removed the app, re-added the app, remove my Sonos app, re-added my Sonos app. Factory resets on everything. I’ve even got the main speaker. I don’t want it to pull completely off my network. I don’t know what else to do.

One of the worst app experiences I’ve ever had - developers should be ashamed. Absolute garbage.

I had to change network settings and now I can’t even connect the turntable. When it does find the turntable, it won’t always let me configure the WiFi. When it does decide to let me choose the SSID, I put in the correct password and it goes back to the first screen with no turntable installed. It’s not possible to wire this to my router I need the WiFi to work.

When it works it works great but it will frequently lose its connection requiring a hard reset. Even when hardwire (which also defeats the purpose of this player) it’ll still drop the signal. Had the record player for 5 months now and keep hearing “we’re fixing it” but nothing. Soooo frustrating.

I’ve tried reaching out to customer service multiple times but this version of the app will not allow me to set my turntable back up! I had to change my network settings and ever since then I can’t pair the turntable. Horribly frustrating. It’s been weeks!!! Get this fixed!

New Onyx turntable to be used with Sonos. For some reason, when I try to connect to WiFi on the app, it doesn’t work. It is as if the link is broken. WHY!!??

I have tried everything to get the Journey turntable to connect to blue tooth speakers with zero luck

Easy to set up, but frequently forgets the default speaker group setting, which means nothing comes out when you start to play. This seems to happen most often when grouping rooms such that the default room becomes part of a group. As a result I have to keep coming back into the app, which is somehow both barebones and poorly designed.
