Hi team I am using 24.66 version and I’m unable to search network hospitals from iphone13

There seems to be no point in uploading medical documents for claims since you still have to send them via postal mail. I’m not sure why this option exists. This app and insurance service are worst.

Every time you open the app, there will be an update and it gets worst every single time. They need better team to work on the issue

It’s very much frustrating for claiming a single document if enormously error occurred from the user side while uploading the document & customer support is useless I have been following with your team from 25 days to delete the incomplete document update from user but still it’s pending no support from your end in this app. If you can provide us delete option for incorrect document update in the user side itself it’s very useful to delete the document and update the correct time. It will improve your performance and half of your customer queries will sorted out. Pls think on delete option should be provided in this app it’s my suggestion.

Worst app I have ever use in my life. I have use this app for raising a claim after few days when I came back to check the update. I am getting a error like you are not a registered user .

Very worst application, My policy option not working. Network hospital not showing even allowed complete location access. My insurance limit not showing. Even feedback tab not working. Well developed application nice developed and managed application.

The app doesn’t give option/ button to submit claim or showing the policy details tab.

I am not able to login to tha app let alone use it

This application never work properly there is some or the other issue in the application while downloading E-card I get error as emp not found or login into the application it always crash. Employee details not loading
