Not working

Difficult to use without manual or basic instructions

Does literally nothing.

I tried to convert a 1 second video and the wait time said it would take 1 second to load but it didn’t load at all for 10 minutes and it stayed at 0% (I check my internet and it’s fine)

App keeps crashing when I open it. Everything is up to date. Just doesn’t work.

Doesn’t work, I want my money back. Crashes when I try to use one drive and it’s a phone app that only works with computer?

Never opens. Continuous error messages. Says for MY protection, Google is trying to access sensitive information. I DID NOT ASK FOR THEIR PROTECTION. I’m trying to accomplish something. It should ASK if I want to grant permission to access MY OWN information.

Ur app doesn’t work …. I paid for it thinking maybe it was not letting me convert on the free trial version .. so I bought it and it still doesn’t work
