Just another useless Video app.

Was maybe the biggest fan of this app in the world for years, and now unfortunately it just is completely broken. I have been waiting for several animations to process for MONTHS with no updates or progress being made. Hopefully it can be fixed but the future doesn’t seem all that promising.

I love this app and all the options, my only issue is turn around time. I got the PRO so I could have 6 a day, but when I redeem go to redeem them it tells me a few minutes to at most a couple of hours…. Its taking multiple days (currently 3 and still waiting) worst part is once I have done my 6 I cant do anymore until the others come back, so what good is having the Pro when I don't get the benefits of it?

They steal your money and after you buy it makes you register an email and the purchase is no longer attached to the email so you lose your money . Their support team will not help !

I paid for a subscription and my renders never loaded. Then when I closed out of the app and reopened I wasn’t able to log back in. The password reset never actually comes to your email either.

I downloaded and PAID for 3 pieces of content and was told it would download from a server in about 2.5 hours….. it’s now more than 12 hours later still nothing. The dev hasn’t responded to my email. WE ARE CREATING CONTENT AND NEED WHAT WE PAY FOR!!!! Terrible service.

The app is decent but for some reason it takes forever to render your edits. You have to clear cache like 4-5 times, sign-in, sign-out, delete app, reinstall app etc…

FANTASTiC APP EASY BEAUTiFUL & FAST...i LIVE THiS APP

After what used to be a really great, fun app for creating some animations in a short period of time; now, it’s days of waiting (if you get them at all - I am missing 4 from 2 days ago) and they are completely unresponsive to email after several attempts. I do hope that the developer will get it together and improve both their turnaround time and their responsiveness with regard to support. I gave the 3 stars because, if you get your videos, they do look good.

This App use to be good but now it doesn’t work no more. For the past 2 months I haven’t been getting my downloads and I been reaching out to Customer Service but no response. This app will bring your blood pressure up lol
