Amazing videos from long to short. Pilates is my favourite I can chose whatever I want to workout and there is a wide variety of videos to watch. I wish she had a nutritional video too that would be so cool ☺️

I stumbled upon this a year postpartum trying to get my abs and muscle back. I have been doing the daily workouts for around two months, and I feel the strongest that I have ever been in my life. I was already thin but this is the first time that I have defined muscles, my partner also noticed that I looked quite a bit stronger. Workouts are also calming! So grateful for this! Highly recommend!!!

After a tumble and a cracked collar bone, my shoulder was tight and painful. The relief I feel after a beginner work out helps me get a good night’s sleep. 10/10 recommend

I knew she was the best when I did her workouts on the Centr app. But then I only wanted her workouts and none of the other ones. I’ve tried so many different Pilates and fitness and yoga apps over the years and now I can finally stop looking. Hers are still a bit challenging for me, but I do them with modifications and still feel so great afterwards!

This app is gorgeous, well organized and with a lot of variety. Work outs are amazing. Sylvia is such an amazing fitness teacher. It is the first time I connect so deeply with my body while working out. There are work outs for everyone. Personally I love challenging work outs and I can find them on here. I can feel and see my body getting stronger. I love it. Thanks Sylvia.

This is the workout app/program that I love and have stayed with and has kept me consistent! There is variety and you get a good full body workout each week.

Best workouts ever. Great mix of exercises. Doing an average of 30 min per day of these workouts is transforming by body! Very happy with this app.

I first fell in love with Pilates through the Centr app by Chris Hemsworth and his Pilates instructor Sylvia Roberts! I was excited to know I could access so much more bus her website . Now that website is an even better app !! All the Pilates I could want and more! LIIT workouts , toning workouts with dumbbells or bands . You can search for workouts by length just to name one of its great features! I love the weekly workouts if I don’t feel like deciding what to do . This Sylvia talks you through each move and is so down to earth , so sweet even as she is making you sweat! And she is always adding new workouts and incorporating new forms of torture , I mean workouts :)

There’s absolutely nothing not to love! If you love Pilates and feeling good when you move, this is for you!
