The app is super buggy and crashes whenever I try to update a schedule in the “Sleep In With View” tab. App also does not like when one schedule ends and another begins immediately (Ex. Zone 4 ends at 9:00am, Zone 1 starts at 9:00am). Must leave a gap of time for the app to allow and execute the schedule. I wish I could avoid schedules entirely, but the built-in View Intelligence results in very strange decisions, like using the darkest setting (Zone 4) on cloudy afternoons or the brightest setting (Zone 1) on bright, sunny days. Please fix the bugs. The product is awesome when it works, but the app issues make this a major headache 😔

Is the reason your app lacks a customer service/help inbox because you’d rather avoid fixing problems? Please consider making a help portal with a troubleshoot agent for those of us who want to use and enjoy your products to their full potential and not be stuck in various error states with no way to get help, not even by email.

Only manual override works. App crashes when trying to fix sleep time. So I cannot schedule anything else.

We love the glass darkening. But how could a technology company create such terrible apps. The iPad app crashes and won’t even load. The iPhone app at least does load—slowly—but is always forgetting the password. The app doesn’t let you know what happens when a scene finishes. The scenes aren’t graphically distinguished. Look at Kasa for smart lights to see a better constructed app.

I constantly have problems with the glass and the app

Why does everything have to have a stop time? For scheduling, I should not have to do level 2 between 3pm and 5pm and then level 3 between 5pm and 7pm. It should be level 2 at 3pm and level 3 and 5pm. Or if I want to change it to level 2 as an override, it should just stay that until I tell it to stop. Maybe with the option of a timer. For recurring scheduling, WHY do I have to choose an end date for the schedule? 12 months is a long time sure, but it should just go forever. Other than the terrible scheduling/automation, the interface is pretty good. The circle for the levels was a little confusing at first (mostly because the dot will reset while you drag it around). Menus make sense. Visually appealing. Feature requests: Please fix scheduling and automation features Integration for HomeKit/Alexa/Google Home would be excellent
