Please try to avoid the heavily drunken people to board the bus, it creates new sense and it will be so uncomfortable to travel.

One of the toughest journey had ever . Boarded at 6:Pm saturday from Udupi and Reached Mumbai Next day 8:00PM . Took almost 28 Hrs to reach . Challenges as follows Drivers are not keen with respect to time punctuality . Veh supposed to reach idupi at 6:30 reached at 7:00PM. . 2. DRIVERS STOPS IN EVERY MAIN CITY AS THE BUS IS DOING COURIER SERVICES IN PASSENGER VEHICLES WHICH IS CAUSING MUCH DELAY AND AGINST TO CUSTOMER POLICY 3. VEHICLE SPEED LIMIT IS 80 KMs. Hence if the vehicle delay by any hours no option to cover the distance is scheduled time 4. Vehicle got puncture at Belagavi and the truck reached Depo and it more than 1 hour to replace tyre 5. Stopping the vehicle at food joint where thr food totally unfit to eat to the passenger as its done purely to serve the driver and conductor deep pocket by bringing customers and the driver itself spending much time than customer to get back and hit the paddle 6. Safety wise company is doing good . However time punctuality’s place very important role in logistic and travel services for customer retention 7 . Since the Bus is Eicher and not suitable for long journeys and even small brake pulls u front and not having resistance like Volvo . This is journey of yesterday

Good services in low pricing. But iPhone users can’t charge there phone as the charging port is not working for anyone. There is a room for improvement and also the bus conductor is not co-operative and charged extra money for carrying a PC monitor with us in our luggage and also didn’t provided any receipt.

Suffocating journey with small windows, these busses should be banned

Earlier app was adequate and had good interface.. not it has gone to ruins.. don't understand why you all changed it..

Fake advertising

I was travelling in VRL Travels from past 25years and it was lovely experience, the older one buses of Ashok Leyland was too good and very comfortable. Now what the new buses of Eicher and Magna really it were not good comparing to older one. And the last seat of L31,32,33 and U34,35,36 were reverse direction. So please atleast make it similar to Ashok Leyland style of seats that was too comfortable. And the space of this new buses also too less comparing to older one. My humble request is to change the directions last seats of the buses.

Bus live location is very bad

This was my 2nd time traveling with vrl service which was worst experience bus is not on time at the end moment bus gets changed and u will be placed on other seat and the bus timing giving while booking are fake the bus never reach on such timing it is always late for 6 to 7 hours I recommend not to travel by such 3class service where you have to face delay in time, change in bus and seat and in short making people wait and worry.
