Technical support is the worst in the industry. Every inquiry is answered with copy and paste responses that may or may not pertain to the inquiry. Then as it’s spelt out even more clearly they deny and deflect any issues and say they can’t do anything. Incorrectly quoted terms of use paragraphs, picking and choosing which rules to adhere to. Absolutely no accountability and numerous cases of misconduct. About the actual game, you CANNOT play the game without spending money. Before Aristocrat mobile bought Plarium it was more economical to play and required next to no money to play, now it’s garbage events and money grabs galore. Installers beware. Do NOT install this game.

I wanted to play but the game will only display in Portrait mode on an iPad Pro. Only game I’ve ever seen do this. You can’t see much of the playfield in Portrait mode and makes it unplayable for me.

Been playing this game for 6 years and it is starting to be more fun the higher the level I achieve. Question is how do I get and use promo codes on my IPads?

Developers response was stupid. Take your diversity and shove it! You made the game pay to win so yeah it’s diverse to wealthy people and where your currency comes from.

After spending above 3K usd on game I released the top players are the players that spends tons of money so they can play. 👎🏻

Doesn’t give iPhone users the redemption codes which is a huge problem as I always spend money unlocking them but never getting to use them
