Absolutely un helpful

One thing that you may come to learn in your studies is that there will come a point when you need to know what the original Greek or Hebrew words meant. This will cast new light and understanding on scriptures that my seem hard to really understand or are often time misunderstood. Example 1Timothy 6:10 “For the love of money is the root of all evil:…” So one of my students said according to this money is the the root of all “evil”. So then if I commit fornication it’s not evil, or if I murder someone it’s not evil. Well his logic is based on scripture, however is it really? The original language word “kakos” means what is useless, incapable, bad, destructive, injurious. So we now understand that it’s broader meaning. But when you look up “root” for this verse you now understand it means “all kinds of evil”. And of course, having a word for word interlinear will help clarify that it is “a” root of all kinds of evil. Not “the root of all evil”.

This app is a very valuable tool to me. It consolidates the large book form into my telephone with the ease of just opening the app. All of the information is at my fingertips. I will be using this app a lot as I am a believer, follower, and servant of Jesus Christ. Thank you so much. Blessings.

This app is certainly user-friendly and the ease of looking up word’s great.

I really enjoy my printed version of Vine’s. Unfortunately, as an app, it has a very awkward and cumbersome user interface.

Impressive, Excellent resource! I too would like an ad free version, however when I click on upgrade, nothing happens.

My favorite Bible dictionary of all I’ve used in the past 30+ years

This is a great app! I use it many times a day. The only dislike that I have is that the upgrade tab to remove the ads doesn’t work. The ads are a nuisance.
