I’ve really enjoyed this app in the past. Then one random day I could not sign in. I was told to enter my phone number for a code (which never came)- I was then told I had duplicate accounts (?) and one needed to be deleted. All I had to do was sign in and delete one. This was impossible as I could not sign in. Customer service then deleted one of the accounts and all my listings along with it. Very disappointing.

I heard a lot of great things about this app, and I was so excited to try it!!! I downloaded it and several times have tried to make an account, but each time I get a screen saying I’m blocked?! I don’t have a previous account, I’ve attempted registry on multiple devices, and unfortunately never heard back from support about my issue. Hopefully this gets resolved in the future, I’m honestly a little bummed out.

I loved everything about my first experience! My seller helped me learn to bundle, she was amazing thru the entire transaction and the clothes were nicer than I could have expected!
