I cannot believe the only option to pay through this app is to hand type your credit card information. Who does that in the year 2023? How do they not have an Apple Pay function? Even if they don't offer Apple Pay they still should have the scanner option for your credit card. They wasted so much energy on adding functions that require you to say that you realize the passes are nonrefundable. You'd think they'd throw a little bone toward making the app more user-friendly. If the purchasing experience is this unsatisfactory, I hate to imagine what's going to happen once the passes actually get on my phone, IF they get on my phone smh.

Usually buy Passes minutes after app opens up to ensure no sold out for next day-
No Apple Pay
Would be better/more secure if payment method included Apple Pay or PayPal.

VIPLY is super convenient. Viply support is amazing. Professional, friendly, very responsive. As a senior they walked me through step-by-step Unusing the app and picking up my badge. Great team!
Poor operation
My beach community sells badges in two categories: adult and senior. If buying both types of badges, you must enter all your credit card info twice! Was this app written in 1998? Ever hear of shopping carts?
Too expensive
They charge $1.61 per badge! That’s 18% charge!!
Apple Pay not Allowed
Unacceptable to not offer apple or android pay for in app purchases in 2021.
Awful People
I purchased beach badges in the first week of May, way before the season started, while it was still freezing to go to the beach.
Since no beaches were open, the weather being awful, and since I just purchased them the day before, I asked if I could switch the beach, they said no refunds and couldn’t even help me.
Why couldn’t I switch the beach when it was still snowing? Or why couldn’t I get a refund, so I can take that money to apply it to a different beach?
Awful customer support/company/policy.
Will continue to buy beach badges in person!
