So my app just logged me out. I tried to reset my password because apparently that’s not working. Still waiting for the reset password email.

Every time I open the app with music playing, the music stops because of the video on the home page. The video is so unnecessary. Can’t see which days I was at the gym. Personal trainer section inconsistent. Sometimes trainers are there, sometimes one or two are missing. Tapping on the phone number for my club does not initiate a call.

Wow, this has to be one of the most poorly developed apps I have seen in a long time, it logs you out CONSTANTLY, what’s the session timeout, 15 minutes, it’s an app, set it to at least a month if not indefinitely. Why in 2024 such piss poor support for password managers, the validation tells me everything is wrong until I actually type into 1 of the boxes. Like all of this is basic, even with a team entirely filled with interns I’d expect better than this.

I scan in at the gym every day for more than 30minutes & I'm not getting my rewards! It doesn't even acknowledge my attendance

How is it okay that the password to all accounts defaults to 0000 …. This is a massive breach of POPI

This app has been kicking me out to choose a new password everyday for the past 2months. Everytime Virgin Active calls me to assist they give me the same instruction as the previous phone call. They also can’t give me anyone’s details to escalate the issue to. The app is a huge disappointment.

This app has come a long way but still needs work. I’m referring to the points accumulation. I’ve messaged Virgin Active on X & the problems persist. We only get points for accessing the gym & booking classes. Online workouts & manual payments are never allocated points. Sending screenshots every month is tiring

Everytime I open this app it stops my music and podcasts. It's annoying

I keep doing online workouts on a daily basis and I'm not getting rewards for this at all,otherwise I'm happy with the app. But please have a look at this one issue it’s bothering me ,thank you for the regular updates its pretty evident that your Dev team is working hard in trying to perfect the app.
