Does not work on iPhone
Software behind the app doesn’t work. After multiple virgin flights I’ve not been able to get the app connected to in flight entertainment once. I go through these steps: 1. Connect to the in flight wifi 2. The in flight virgin wifi has no internet available 3. Open the app 4. App loads and crashes or loads and says that the app cannot connect to the internet Wondering if this is going to be fixed, or if virgin will stop falsely advertising an in-flight entertainment system on their flights. The app clearly isn’t optimised to work with the current iOS version available. Qantas flights seem to have a working in flight entertainment system - I think I’ll be flying with them from now on.
