Very poor customer service for online sales. Delays in delivery and no proper communication with customers. Moreover, Aramex service is terrible, they don’t give any respect to customers!!!!!!

I used to give my feedback after several experiences. It was worse than worst online shopping experience, after sale service bad, customer service very bad, warranty no warranty all fake

Why to advertise the product if it’s not available or before clicking put sign - sold out App is trash unfortunately They don’t have that customer service like before

Ordered iPhone through the app from available products. They do not have proper tracking! When I reached them on WhatsApp the next day they say it will be delivered in 2 working days, and after some time they message it is not in stock! Then why do they put them on the website for sale if you don’t have stock. Disappointing at the first experience itself!

Ur app needs an update to fix all these issues and customer support is too bad and takes so long to answer and the delivery takes too long also and i have to sign in every time i want to use the app

This place lies! They will even ruin Christmas. They promise 2-4 days for delivery then they go silent. When you query it they say “the warehouse is busy, sorry”. They couldn’t care less about you as a customer. Rayan from customer service is the rudest, uncaring person on the planet. He has an attitude of “it is what it is, deal with it”. He will do NOTHING to try and help you or do his job and provide customer service. Rayan, you do not deserve to call yourself a customer service agent. I used this app once, and never again will I ever use this platform again. I will stick to Amazon who have proved that they are leaders when it comes to service. Goodbye Virgin, you will not see my money again. PS Rayan, may you have the day that you deserve

من اسوء اسوء اسوء البرامج ما عاد اطلب اون لاين عن طريق الموقع حاطين الطلب بياخد يومين عمل طلبت اول طلب الي اسبوع ولهلا ما استلمت الطلب وتاني طلب نفس الشي وبيحكولك بدهن يومين وكل ما اتواصل معهن يحكو نفس الكلام وكلو كذب اول واخر مرة بطلب منهن للاسف ما اتوقعت الطلب بهاد السوء والاهمال بالعميل
