Been trying for days to update my package and it won’t allow me to- tried calling only to he put on hold- tried online chat only to be put on hold!!

Bill payments impossible and always gives errors of linking accounts. Very frustrating, I just want to set up auto-pay but virgin makes it impossible.

Well done for me, the consumer. Glad to be with Virgin.

Worst operator ever

Easily changed my plan to better suit my needs online. So much better than waiting on the phone for hours for a rep. Great move Virgin!!!

I cant even get into the actual app because it keeps saying to check back at 10:00 AM I checked every day and it’s still under “maintenance” on my peers phone it is also having the same problem.

Probably the only operator I am satisfied with. It's clear how and where to pay, and there is always a mobile connection.
