Virgin Voyages

It keeps locking up and won’t let me do anything. It was the same thing on our last cruise. They need to fix it after us spending so much money for the cruise. This is friggin irritating.

The whole pre cruise check in process has been smooth.

First Off, navigation of the app doesn’t make sense but what makes it worse is that every minute, it resets ands I hands to start over trying to find what I’m looking for. Unusable.

This app barely functions, almost never loads, and personal information (including payments and scheduling) gets lost or never processed. Virgin loses transactions that are made and can’t find them even when you show charges with your credit card. Take their disastrous app as an indication of their incompetency and choose another cruise line

It crashes all the time. It lists events that are incorrect. It does not show my itinerary. Unreliable. Blemish on an otherwise stellar cruise line.

This app really is incredible (when it works) however, it crashes or won’t connect or freezes CONSTANTLY. Which, for most apps, isn’t a huge deal. However, this app is actually REQUIRED in order to cruise on Virgin Voyages to access and complete all of the necessary information, both prior to, and while on board. This is my fourth time sailing VV, fourth time buying the premium WiFi, and my millionth time having issues with this app, during a time that it’s pertinent to have access to it in order to book things before they fill up. Truly unacceptable from a company of this size who places so much emphasis and necessity on being able to use the app.

Look, it has all the makings to be a great app. However, it’s only the idea that is good. This thing has so many glitches. I’ve wasted hours already on my cell phone, my iPad, and my desktop just trying to. Maybe 10% of the time I can. The other 90% is just a total waste of time. I even got on the phone and it took them a half an hour to do the simple task of getting me signed in. Now it’s not working again.

Headline: Di I recently disembarked from the Resilient Lady and while the ship and crew were fantastic, the Virgin Voyages app left much to be desired. It's truly frustrating that such a forward-thinking and modern cruise line falls short with its technology. Here's where the app falters: * Shore Excursions: Booking excursions was a nightmare. Limited availability wasn't updated in real-time, leading to constant disappointment. * Dinner Reservations: Securing a table at popular restaurants felt like winning the lottery. The app was glitchy, and waitlists were unreliable. * Sailor Services: Trying to connect with Sailor Services for assistance was like shouting into the void. Long wait times and unhelpful responses were the norm. Virgin Voyages is marketed as a premium experience, and the app simply doesn't reflect that. When I think of competitors like Celebrity or Royal Caribbean, their apps offer a smoother, more intuitive experience. Virgin Voyages should be setting the bar higher, not lagging behind. The glitches and lack of communication via the app made what should have been a relaxing vacation unnecessarily stressful. Virgin Voyages, please fix this! Your app has the potential to be great, but right now, it's a major letdown.

This app keeps telling us that we aren’t able to connect to the internet so we cannot see the vital cruise information that is only accessible through the app. We have excellent intervener access and have confirmed that this is a glitch in the app.

I purchased a Bar Tab which it processed then it disappeared. The money came off my credit card but still I have no Bar Tab. I changed my photo because the app said I needed to. This was done 4 weeks but yet it is still not updated in the APP. This is very frustrating and disappointing.
