Application fails to work often

The remote app is easy to use, and is very efficient. You can turn the alarm on or off from any location.

This is such a great system we have had many systems at our church but this one by far is the best.

Remotely let someone in. Arm/disarm burg system from anywhere. Card access is reliable and easy to use. Quickly disable card for individuals or lock down the system.

Constant issues with this app, doesn’t always connect to set alarm or unset. Not reliable at all.

Love the app. Great when wife forgets to set alarm and ask me to set it while at work. I’d have to go home and clear the house if not for this app.

Latest update broke Z-wave control of lights, etc. After almost a decade, can't DMP get it right? Why should I trust the reliability of your security system when you can't even get a simple app right after this period of time?

Needs a lot of improvement

This app worked flaws for several months but is now back to it's old ways. In my opinion, one of the 6.46.* updates in the past 2 months jacked it up. And it hasn't been right ever since. I've done the ritual uninstall/reinstall but to no avail. After three or four time outs trying to arm or disarm from this app I surrender, crawl out of bed, and use the wall panel.
