Virtual Move

This app is absolutely awful. No option to change to speakerphone, representative sounded like they were talking through the backside of a fan underwater. I am an air traffic controller by trade and fairly accustomed to bad comms and over the years have developed an ear for it but this was utterly unusable. Thirty minutes of my life down the drain trying make this work only to be texted that they could send me instructions on how to upload a video which reading reviews is equally as frustrating and futile.

App worked great, very easy to use. Highly recommend

This app provides no directions on how best to use the app upload page so that the videos actually upload. In order for it to work you must stay on the upload page, turn off battery saver if you have it on, and not swap to another app or letting your screen lock during the upload or it will stop and never restart. Took me three hours of messing with it and a deletion and redone load of the app to finally upload less than ten minutes of video. If you don’t see a progress bar increasing somewhat next to the video, quit it and try again. (Took about 2 minutes to upload each minute of compressed video when it finally worked but my internet connection isn’t the fastest)

Just tried this service and had an estimate within an hour without ever having to have the mover come to my house. LOVE IT!
