Hi I payed for the starter pack when it was 50% off and did not receive the contents of the pack. I only got the 300 lava stones and that is it. Can you please refund me my money back. It was $7.99. I will be filing the charge as suspicious act

Every time I craft something in the hut as soon as I go to collect it, a screen pops up saying saved game and then it kicks me off the game. So I don't get whatever I created. Really annoying.
Really enjoying this game, but wanted to pause over the weekend. I pressed pause, but came back to half my villagers dead, and only one woman left at 48years old, no kids and no one under 40… not going to be able to play for much longer now..
Good game but not worth watching the ads for very little reward, getting 1 lavastone per ad is not worth watching so I don’t bother, and also have the option to pay to get no ads and reap rewards like ever other game out there, and it also takes way to long to craft stuff
I have been waiting for the update to finish the game but now I have lost what I have done and with paying money for gems I don’t want to start at the beginning. Not happy.
If you love waiting for a 30second advertising that prevents play, then waiting again 30 second advert you will love wasting hours! This game has puzzles to solve and it’s not fun as you have to save lava stones to play by watching advertisements for hours to get anywhere, honestly don’t waste your life it’s not worth it 🥲 find a real life thing to do instead there is no skill really in this game except making babies and putting a villager onto a farm to make food To do crafting is 8hrs to craft something then your villagers die waiting to solve the puzzle…. Such a huge waste of time really rather be growing my own real live plants and make money in the real world from them !
Love it sadly you have to pay for lavastones to revive 5 villagers when they all die. But otherwise great game. Keep doong what your doing!

I was gearing up for the next level of crafting technologies which is 160,000 but suddenly I was reduced to 1,000 tech points for no reason. And my crafting level still remains the same. Please help.
