Idiotic system that requires you to “request” deletion of your account, no easy way to just cancel and be done. It worked as a VPN and customer support responded quickly and friendly, just didn’t do anything besides “make a ticket” when you contact them for cancellation.

Works then all of a sudden your phone isn’t working unless you turn this off. Then it needs an upgrade but you have to not be able to use your phone before you figure it out. What a mess this VPN is.

I’ve had this VPN for 3 years & started having major issues with it (locking out of internet usage on iPads) over the last year after I did a two-year renewal. You can’t call & speak to anyone —horrible customer service. So you have to spend two hours troubleshooting on your own to no avail. For the computer unsavvy like me, it’s a useless effort. When I try to cancel & get a prorated refund on their chat, I’m told they can’t do it. I’m stuck with this until December 2025. RIPOFF!

This app slows your phone down by 80%. If it works at all. Straight rip-off. Waist of money. Go find a good provider because this isn’t one.

It’s usually when it feels like it. Not even half the time IF you can login. There’s no way to contact anyone when you can’t login due to reasons that don’t have to do with you but now we have to deal with.

I’ve been using this Vpn for a year now and it’s amazing connect to anything I’m doing give me strong and fast links easy for my work keep it up and make it more consistent and productive I enjoy using it

It works great for me. I been using it for two years. I would buy it all over again.. there helpful and easy to use.

Anytime this VPN is turned on I am unable to access the internet. Keeps me safe from browsing in that way. Not useful.
