Extremely poor experience
I am giving a rating as high as one only because zero is not an option. Site and application full of typos. Several instructions are flat out wrong, such as referring to menu items that do no exist. Inattention to detail, such as numeric values being displayed as “NaN” (Not a Number), which means the code was expecting a numeric value but was passed something else. This is a very easy thing to catch but obviously the visitly developers lack even this much skill. The “Contact Us” form generates an error: “Contact your system administrator”, so no way to contact visitly. Based on this pathetic initial experience there is no way I would ever trust this organization with sensitive data, like credit card information.
