Visorando Walking Routes

Il n'y a que quelques itinéraires visibles dans l'application malgré ce que j'ai payé un abonnement Club Visorando. Le site n'a aucune information à ce sujet. Je voulais contacter le support technique : sur l'e-mail vient une réponse automatique qu'il est nécessaire de contacter le support via le site, mais sur le site il n'y a pas cette possibilité. C'est la première fois dans ma vie que je rencontre ce genre d'attitude envers les utilisateurs qui paient.

Love the app, have been using for years! Gives the freedom to follow a hike/route without annoying extras, (like having to press record for instance, and no notifications if don't want to). So for following a hike its awesome! Easy to save to favorites or make my own hike if i pay. But: having so many favorites: it would be soooooooo handy if i could sort hikes by: distance to my current location!!! Now i have to click on each hike to see where in the world they are, to find a favorite hike wherever i am at that time (i have hikes mostly in europe, but in many locations). This just is too much work. Another small point, the map has not so much contrast, and the text and differences between small road and hiking path the routes can be difficult to see. Im talking about open street maps. I also use other apps sometimes where they choose a different look for the same open street map. Maybe this is a choice, but especially hiking by map, not following a route, can be tricky.

Fijne app. De route die we liepen was heel goed beschreven, maar ook zonder de beschrijving konden we ons niet vergissen. Veel extra informatie over hoogteprofielen etc.

Route is zeer duidelijk te volgen. Kans op fout lopen is klein.

- de functie zoeken: elk zoekresultaat geeft: ‘No result’, zelfs bij zoekopdrachten van locaties waarvan ik de route al in mijn bezit heb; - het gebruik van zowel de Engelse als de Franse taal in het gedeelte ‘Details’. Advies gebruik 1 taal. Jammer maar deze app ga ik verwijderen! Naar aanleiding van uw reactie: U geeft totaal geen reactie op mijn opmerkingen. Op de 1ste opmerking reageert u helemaal niet! Misschien heb ik het niet niet goed verwoord, dus nog een nieuwe poging: Zodra ik laat zoeken op wandelingen in mijn omgeving (in Frankrijk) of zelfs de naam van een plaats opgeef, komt de app met geen enkel resultaat. Zelfs de routes niet, waarvan ik deze al op papier heb staan! De 2e opmerking is ook al niet juist opgevat, want ik heb namelijk geen vraag gesteld of de app in de Nederlandse taal komt. De routes die ik via de nieuwsbrief van Visorando ontvangen heb kon ik wel in de app opende en als ik dan de achtergrond informatie van een bepaalde plaats las, zag ik dat de omschrijving zowel Engels als Franse tekst bevatte. Ik hou het wel bij de desktopversie; gelukkig werkt deze wel feilloos.

In comparison with Wikiloc, it’s a significant shortfall that an application of thus stature has NO apple watch integration which makes it less usefull.

The latest update no longer provides a strong seatch function for hiking. Instead of a lot of alternatives for hikes only teo or three come up. This is not an improvement of another wise good app. Please fix this quickly!!!!

Geen idee waarom je deze app 5 sterren zou geven. O ja, ik weet het al: de app vraagt je bij tijd en wijle een rating te geven en de *enige* optie is 5 sterren of geen rating geven. Zuigt batterij. Als je inzoomt blijven de cijfertjes van hoogte minuscuul. Kaart laadt als ijskoude appelstroop. Als inzoomt laadt de kaart opnieuw, waardoor je maar weer uitzoomt om niet helemaal de weg kwijt te raken. Een kaart kan je downloaden, maar wat er vervolgens met die download gebeurt...

Als de telefoon in mijn zak zit tijdens het wandelen loopt de app steeds vast. Dus als ik op de wandelkaart wil kijken moet ik steeds de app opnieuw opstarten, de juiste wandeling aanklikken etc. Heel onhandig. Toch nog 3 sterren omdat de app zonder dit fenomeen best handig is

Prachtige app! Eén groot nadeel: iedere keer als je de app verlaat (foto maken of andere app gebruiken) moet je de wandeling die je doet opnieuw opzoeken en dat is best irritant...
