Hi from last 1 year am not able to open VISTARA WORLD app in my cellphone. I had deleted 3/4 times & reinstall but same issue. Have shown to your ground staff at Hyderabad, Kolkata & mumbai airports, they r also helpless. I am frequently flying in VISTARA. Plz help to solve this problem. Thanks

The flight attendant had to open blueboxinflight.com in my phone browser to make it work. Vistara world app just doesn’t connect. The last update is more than a year ago. Is somebody maintaining this app.

Such a great application, does not even open

Don’t install the app. It doesn’t let you connect to Internet. In my case it said service is unavailable. It’s better to download whatever you want to watch prior boarding flight.

The app is very useful but the content is so little. Adding more content will improve the app significantly.

a lot of attention is required. not at all compatiable with iphone XI

Tatas owns TCS one of the largest IT company but fails to integrate IT services with its own subsidiary companies be it tr airlines auto or any other company. The app is slow not user friendly as well as useless in one word , majority of times do not connect. Interface is not at all engaging . Tata even fails to provide IT related services for tr cars . Companies with no it background are bringing connected cars and here tata with tcs is unable to look forward in future

Vistara world app is the worst . it does not works when you connect to the onboard wifi. you open the app, it hangs and then shows that you are not connected to the on board wifi. when you open the app not when you are connected , it does not hang. it is a mere eyewash to lure customers.

Hello Vistara world. This app is really very slow and bad equally. Problems : 1 ) Slow in opening the app. 2 ) Not much movie options. 3 ) While watching a movie the movie freezes and the sound is still ON. 4 ) It’s annoying when this happens 10-12 times in a row.
