I don’t mind filling out forms but the data collection is a bit much.

Tried to order to get the free smoothie for downloading the new app. Crashed twice when I went to pay for the order. Worked the third time. The green background in the cc number and cvv fields should be replaced with a green check mark because it looks like an error. And every field that’s only numbers, like expiration date, should use the number pad, not the alphanumeric keyboard.

Although I have like their bowls I have stopped going there because the App is time consuming and frustrating. Sometimes when I crave it the App experience comes to mind and I say forget it!

I was trying to do a quick order and it was my first time ordering through the app and the process was long. I had to create an account, activate my email via link sent to my email, and added my card information. (no apple pay was allowed). It sounds like I’m being lazy but I was only simply trying to do a quick order…. Other than that cool! Thanks.
