最初から全部英語で分かりにくい。不親切。 Apple Watchあれば断然お得と言われて某保険会社に乗り換えたけどこんな分かりにくいなら最初に言って欲しかったです。

Now it dropped my Fitbit and won’t reconnect. Error 503 or some such garbage. I HATE THIS APP.

Love the app, except every time I go to log in to track and upload my workouts the app signs me out and makes me sign back in which involves getting a code sent to my email. This happens even when clicking remember me on this device for 150 days. This is very annoying! Would be great if they added FaceID login, as well as make the device remember your password, or allow the option to stay signed in and not request a password at all. Fix this sign in issue and the app is 5 stars.

This year, for some reason, the sleep app isn’t working and I can’t get any point even though my phone is left undisturbed for more than eight hours.

So latest update not only does it still not record the nightly sleep cycle, not it makes you type in username and password on every launching.

None of the gyms show up can’t log my workout. Please fix it.

Can’t even log in to the app. Just a blank orange screen after logging in.

The Vitality app has been buggy from the start. Also they have frequent outages. In their last big update, they broke the syncing with Apple’s Health app.

It WAS pretty good, but you broke it and now you can’t even sign in🤦🏼‍♂️

Functionality is minimal. They make you work for finding anything. UI is a solid 0 stars. UX is worse. A number the paths are dead ends with no ‘back’ button, requiring a hard close of the app to go back. Finding a gym nearby just doesn’t work…at all. They say there are discounts for partner gyms but don’t have any way to see/access them. There’s irony in offering points for meditation because navigating the app is one of the most frustrating and anxiety ridden experiences in my day. Also, they penalize people who are over active by only providing points for one physical activity per day, despite being completely different types (steps vs weight training). The age assessment is just plain wrong and based on an inaccurate formula that flies in the face of actual medical assessments. Points don’t update for completing courses. Course content isn’t really actionable and less informative than a Wikipedia summary paragraph. I wish my company used some other provider.
