After adding the device and working once, the app now always show me an error message when I try to open it. 😭

I've waited months for this app to be upgraded but the device still can't connect to wifi. I get an error message and that's it. No way to proceed.

I’m really to say that but it’s probably one of the worst app experience I’ve ever had… Everything was okay for months, but suddenly my Natede (pot) crashed… I’ve tried so many times to reset everything (unplug, reset, reinstall, reconfigure, recreate an account) but this is just impossible to reach the end of the configuration. The process always block right after asking to name my plant, a black screen appears and nothing I can do…

Doesn’t work. Constant connection issues. These guys really need to get their act together. For a premium product the delivery is horrendous.

Even after the update, the WiFi connection is still impossible. Natede is talking about the version firmware. Mine is 1.5.05 (from what I guess in the app cause it is note clearly marked) but nothing indicate how to upgrade it. Basically you will pay a huge price for a vase. 👍🏻 Opened a ticket with the support. Explained to them that I did plenty of manipulation including creating a temporary hotspot with my cellphone to upgrade firmware. I don’t have such option in the app menu. Their advice was to verify the power supply, and eventually power off and power on the device... Very professional advice considering that I tried a bunch of stuffs and explained to them in detail before contacting support.

It keeps showing me a Bluetooth error. By the way, it is also impossible to use the Help menu... Bit disappointed for now Update : I finally found a way to connect the device using the hotspot from my cell, then create a new custom private WiFi network at my home with a less complex password. So far so good for now.
