La app no funciona es pésima súper mala Nunca funciona de forma correcta estoy cansada de esta app

I don’t like this app it’s always saying you did not sign at which you know you did after your shift ends. It also uses too much data and when you are a few minutes late Rosie starts to call and send texts this is annoying because it calls back to back and sends you all these texts. Sometimes you are unable to clock in and out 🤦🏽‍♀️ I’m so over this app I uninstall and reinstall same thing .

I love this app, it works great, has plenty of information about clients, I can send messages via the app to head office my office nurse or even family, I never really ever have to talk to my bosses or even see them, not to mention you can fill the completed part without having to input everything at once love it ✌🏽

I agree with majority of all reviews previous to this one. I am losing pay because it is so unreliable and more than half the time rejects my clock ins and clock outs and management will no longer manually override because I am calling in defective app problems almost every shift. Sucking up a loss of pay because of minutes that aren’t clocked in is no longer acceptable. I am on the verge of changing jobs because of how useless this app is. I do not want to give this review one star but I have to in order to post it. I WANT TO CLEARLY STATE THAT THIS IS A ZERO STAR REVIEW.

Missed out on a pay , crashes constantly STILL AFTER UPDATE.

Never works.

Worst app I have ever used. It’s clear that whoever developed this app has never done the job it was designed for . Very little common sense used in design. Constant bugs.

Half the time can not clock in or out at clients location. Having to type in the same info over and over. If the screen closes you have restart the whole app and refill the info in Tasks which is super annoying and time consuming. I’ve never been able to submit for time off on the app it never works and I have to call the office. What was the point of adding “running late” button just for them to call and text while your most likely driving?? I don’t talk and drive so I can’t answer it’s just pointless. Can’t see the timesheet. The care plan is glitching half the time. All around disappointment and I’m sure I left something out

Have to keep removing and downloading app when app is needed during work hours.

This is the most frustrating app, there have been so many issues it has become an almost weekly occurrence. Either it will not load, login, or have my bookings.
