Viva First

I started using Viva First very early in 2021. It was easy to complete the application that was in the Viva First App. I was approved quickly and my Viva First Debit Card arrived about 7 days laterz. I then set up my payroll auto deposit and could start using my Viva First card right after my next payroll deposit! The Viva First Card is great; it works everywhere I see the Visa logo!!

I enjoy the flexibility of making deposits, and not having to go to a bank. This account certainly fits my lifestyle.

I like the transparency in the app. I also like to be notified immediately when something happens in my account so I’m a big fan of the push notifications.

First I downloaded the app and was like this is to easy to start an account. Well it was that easy to sign up. I have put money into it and and have used it and am very satisfied with the way it has worked for me. I highly recommend anyone to sign up and give this Viva first a try.

This app is much nicer and easier to use than my old bank. It has all the features I care about and makes it simple to keep track of my account.

I love the ease of this app. It is up to date with all the features I need. It’s very simple to navigate. No overdraft fees and I get a real time balance. I love the notifications I receive when I use my card. I highly recommend banking with VivaFirst!

This app is easy to sign up, use, and navigate. Such a user friendly application.

It’s a very basic banking app not feature packed you don’t have peer to peer payment services like zelle or a good atm network like allpoint. So very limited. You’re better off with other services like tmobile money is wat i use. I’m not being biased I’m just saying I’ve used other banking services and trust me I give them two stars because of the debit card management features. No chat features or 24hr customer either so honestly basing your whole banking product on catering to the latino community is a bad justification we deserve so much better than this.

I signed up easily with this app and when my card came in the mail I had no idea it was my card. Usually my previous debit cards have come in typical letter size white envelopes unmarked of course. This card from Viva First came in a high quality envelope that welcomed me to the family. The quality of the envelope and card holding my new debit card felt heavy and high quality. To me and I think most people it’s always about first impressions and I have to say two thumbs up on welcoming me to the family. The app itself is easy to navigate and I’ve had zero issues.
