Could you please fix it, it wasn’t opening before, then update the IOS, still not working, just updated the app as well.. doesn’t even land on the home page 😩

Any which way i try, the fact I used to have a paid membership means I cannot use the App or website to book anything! I get so far and it tells me there’s an issue and refuses my booking.

Easy to use and quickly to access to classes.

This app uses a lot of embedded website access. Booking is possible through the app but it’s technically the website and you have no option to auto fill the data from your saved information. You need to fill in every single little thing every single time you want to book. Not good. I’ll just book through the website using a browser.

Guess what, on top of all the issues from other people reviews, you cannot even find the gym opening times in the new app 🤦‍♀️

And that’s pretty much it. Easy to use but you have to sign in every time.

Very dissatisfied with the on line booking. It's not easy to navigate doesn't give waitlist options. Can't navigate day to day options of classes . Virgin active have an app and it's really good. Might be worth having a look at how that one works.
