No access to money after migration and no help
The support does not reply (three days already) even though I have a premium plan. I don’t have access to my money, I’m told hints about why they can’t transfer MY money to ME. This is absolutely ridiculous, will be leaving this bank as soon as I get my money back. The worst experience I’ve had with a bank in my life.
very bad application.
There is never an answer to the overgrowth. It is not possible to understand what kind of payment card this is? I do not recommend anyone to waste time on this application.
Terrible support and lack of bank license
After Migration to Vivid 2.0 support fully disappeared and stop to response in Chat at all (waiting 5 days to receive any answer to my urgent question and still no reaction from Vivid side).
Also Vivid does NOT have any bank license now, so be careful.
Vivid 2.0 migration
I had a refund coming to the deactivated card due to Vivid 2.0 migration. As a result, I never got a refund. Seller tells me to contact the bank, which I did. But I never got a response. It’s been over 2 weeks already.
Vivid hasn’t replied neither through the app nor through the official website form.
I suggest you withdraw all money to other banks with at least some level of support.

It is good app, you can create many accounts and cards. I like cashback program too.
Very unhappy with constant bugs
Experiencing technical issues all the time: was seeing requests to confirm identity for 1 week after I actually did it. Unable to see cashback transactions. Cannot click on some of the notifications to get details. Now the app tells me I have no cashback for April despite Prime subscription and a combined €5k+ in my account. Today is a beginning of a new month, a Saturday and I am going to use my card. But customer service is off today of course, so I am screwed for 2 days. Guys, fix your app so it’s flawless like n26 and return my prime fee for April. So far quite disappointed with your service. Also rules and benefits are deteriorating all the time. If n26 gets cashback right, I don’t see a point in staying with vivid in the future.
Chatbot is a crap
App works well until I need something that requires assistance from Vivid. Then I am alone against Chatbot, that ends an automated chargeback scenario with „we have an impasse“ phrase even if I’m just tapping its own answer templates. Come on, guys, it’s 2023 already, if you don‘t know how to code, or too greedy to invest in developers and QA, just ask ChatGPT to code for you.
As I said, here is one additional star for fixing „Chargeback“ bot scenario.

Второй День приложение зависает на этапе ввода адреса и дальше не грузится. Поддержка дает автоматический ответ, что у меня скорость интернета плохая, пробовала в разных местах и через сим. Очень хотела бы зарегистрироваться, но придется искать другое приложение
Ужасное приложение. Проходите мимо
Регистрация хуже чем в Revolut, Bunq. 25 шагов постоянно запрашивают какие-то нестандартные документы и в итоге отказывают, куча времени затрачено.
Не тратьте свое время.
Poorest experience ever
More than two months waiting for account opening at institution without even a regular bank license.. 😏 The app bugging everyday with faulty notifications.. Founders from Russia could manage to develop a higher clients relations service and feedback. Thank you very much, no. I prefer to use Revolut, N26 and BUNQ with much more pleasure and convenience.
