As it is powered by AWS hosted server, VIVOCloud Surveillance can make secure and robust connection between users and their properties through the Internet. For easy connection, users will no need to configure IP port forwarding on router, or set up a DDNS address for devices, even not knowing user’s device IP address, they can simply just search the device or scan the device QR code to make directly connection between users’ handheld device and NVRs and cameras.

Rotten to the core

I have been using Vivotek hardware for 9 years and the software is a serious issue, This app is junk and almost useless.

Horrible App

This is a pretty poor excuse of an app for such an expensive system. Never shows the cameras and if it does then the app crashes.

Easy to use

Easy to set up and use. Love that I can clear all notifications now and export video.

App won’t work when not on WiFi

Ever since last update cannot view cameras on regular cell service have several times emailed with the problem and have never received any emails back

Poor app

I agree with the last review. After the upgrades the last time it does not work on my phone I called the tech and he was no help as he could not figure it out. Do not get this app it goes not work anymore!

Not working since update

We have our system at home and we monitor our church and we can not pull up any cameras. This is very frustrating knowing how much we and our church have spent on this system.

Poor connectivity.

This app is very spotty. It works well sometimes and crashes a lot other times. I have spent thousands of dollars on their system, and I am very disappointed with their mobile app. Their new update does not work, and now I can not view any of the cameras at my business.

Clear All Notifications

Great app, easy to use. But, we need a CLEAR ALL notifications button.

Think the update is bad

Every since my software updated 3 weeks ago my picture is really grainy and pixelated. I’ve tried everything and it absolutely won’t fix it. Super disappointed because if I need to view old video it’s so crappy you can’t see anything in it. I contacted support and still have the crappy video feed

Firmware outdated after less then 2years...no update

So no way to update this system. Will have to get pro in to fix this or replace. Also, don’t bother with their tech support. Best advice...don’t buy this system
