It’s doesn’t work and it won’t let you view your benefits - doesn’t work basically on an iOS device

Saving money sounds great right? I’ll pay the extra to avoid using this app. Payment never works, app seems to reset whenever you leave. Don’t waste your time. Use money cash back or a decent website like that.

Never able despite updating securities and apps to get my benefits up … will be informing our HR as it’s a waste of time

This is a very frustrating app to use. It doesn’t pick up any auto fill data or allow for Apple Pay or store any data from previous transactions which means that you have to enter every detail including name, email, address, full card details for every purchase. There was a brief period where it did pick up auto fill which was much better but that disappeared again. Also I’d like the option of reloadable e-vouchers so that I don’t have to validate a different one each time and end up with multiple e-cards in my Apple wallet.

My company just moved over to this app for discounts and it’s very poor design. Using reloadable cards function not streamline and doesn't let you store payment card or use Apple Pay. Top up’s take hours where previous app was instant.Absolutely no idea why this was chosen over the previous app which was easy and straightforward to navigate. This app also keeps crashing.

Constantly crashes and when the app opens it just displays a blank white screen

Why do you have to fill in email address, billing address etc each time you place an order? The app compares very badly with the one from EdenredSavings which my employer has just decided to ditch. Vivup has all these details already, other companies can manage to auto fill them, why not this one?

Great discounts on major brands!

I have never seen or used a company that has the amazing discounts and schemes available that Vivup do. The app is very user friendly, I’ve never had an issue with it. Would recommend to all my colleagues to browse on the site!

Main page shows nothing under benefits or services … to access information on services you have to click through personal profile and then it takes an age to load. Awful and not intuitive at all. Difficult to use to buy vouchers … just not a good app
