The camera playback doesn’t work at all. Won’t let you use the slide bar change position in the playback and falls over all the time. Please fix

It’s hard to imagine an app worse than this.

If I’m going to expose my NAS to the outside world I’m going to enable at least 2 factor auth. Which stops this app from working. Doh!

Quite simply the most inept app on the QNAP catalog.

Terrible control over video playback. Often unable to play a simple 5 minute segment.

Despite having myQnapcloud configured, it does not use it, instead tries to use the LAN IP address to connect. Guys, you need to fix this. Thanks

First if you are in same network with the nas you have to use the local ip and if you are outside the network have to use the cloud but the worse think is the low fps when you need to see 2 cameras simultaneous... low means 0.01fps :(

...which renders it rather pointless. Please fix.

This app use to work perfectly before until some recent updates, now when you are accessing cameras outside your wifi lan network, the app still wants to connect on the local lan ip address rather then the cloud address. Finally it gives up connecting and stops working. QNAP guys please do something as this is the main selling point of your NAS as a NVR.

This app is forever hanging. The only app that consistently causes my phone to hang. Usually hangs when trying to connect over lan or wan. Home button on iPhone becomes unresponsive while it’s trying to connect.
