These devices don’t work like Alexa speaker. You can play music on one, but you can’t group them like you can with Alexa speakers for playing music on the “everywhere” group. They also don’t seem to have the near-field capability - if I am in my bedroom and say something to Alexa, the Broan will take over and try to respond. Developers: PLEASE enable either faceid or stop expiring the login. I don’t log into this very often but then I can’t figure out which login it was because this app is actually part of the smart life software (I think)?

Overall, I can’t complain outside of having to contact headquarters to ask where’s the Bluetooth button? I know it’s a feature but it’s not visibly featured on the app. No option on the app or on the Bluetooth switch either? Please refer to Alexa who will tell you… “I’m not sure I can help you with that?” OMG! Crazy! One more thing, it would be cool if you added the LED color changing option for this model. Thanks!

Connecting to Alexa does not work.

Had a power outage on the block and now since restored the light won’t stop spinning yellow. Instructions are unclear. Deleted everything and tried to start over but still nothing. Can Cyril the fan from the app but that’s it. Light still spinning yellow. Now the fan won’t appear in my Bluetooth so can’t be voice controlled even though it says that Alexa is linked. What a waste.
