Locking this behind a paywall is unfortunate.

While already accessible on a browser, this app provides no service to customer demand besides having an exclusive app. Locking it under a paywall is not something that will garner customer satisfaction. In addition, while the app itself runs ok and the UI is as nice as the browser, the functionality does not meet web standards. There are plenty of bugs with flight planning that don’t always show up on the web browser, and active pause simply does not work. If you have Volanta Premium and you’re considering downloading this app, I’d say give it a try. If you truly have no other way of accessing the browser when on the go, this may be your plan Z. Otherwise, consider continuing to utilize the browser web application of Volanta rather than this mobile app.

As someone who has been using volanta for a year now, I love the desktop app/website and use it for my msfs2020 flying. HOWEVER, this app has been “only available to premium subscribers” for the longest time. You don’t have to be a rocket scientist to understand that that’s not a very logical practice for an app, especially this one. There is absolutely nothing that makes this app special or stand out from it’s website/desktop counterpart, which makes it even worse that this app is locked behind a paywall, like seriously? It makes absolutely no sense it just feels like the developers are begging for money. FIX YOUR APP.

Huge turn off since it requires a premium subscription unlike the desktop app which is free just use the web or browser version it’s better.

The fact that this is for premium only is ridiculous.

Note, this app does not work at all if you dont have a premium subscription for Volanta. Plus if you dont want to pay 4.30 a month just for an app then dont get this. Just use the website on mobile

It’s way too hard to use, super buggy. I click on my flight and nothing happens and it’s very laggy and clunky. Plus you need premium for it which is dumb. If you want to view your flight, please just search up volanta on google and click open in browser. You don’t need premium to do it and it’s pretty good on browser. The app is unusable due to lag and bugs

I want to use my iTunes credit. What is this “premium only” thing? None of this makes sense. (Or just make it free)

What is the point of this app? I would’ve thought it would be better when it requires a premium sub.
