The app no longer connects with my watch via Bluetooth . It’s been weeks and I also downloaded the Orunning App as suggested but it’s also not connecting. My watch now displays incorrect time, it’s such an inconvenience.

Try as I might I cannot get the Sleep function to work.

Very disappointed. The Serene series watch and app do not sync properly. The heart rate monitor does not work accurately. The sport activities on the app and the watch do not sync. You cannot read the watch out doors while running or cycling.

The app is okay, when you have to count steps, distance and heart rate. I can’t even choose a watch face because the page where I have to select is always blank. It’s just randomised and I’d like to have a choice. Needs to be fixed.

The App is failing to connect with the watch. I have tried to delete and re-download the app but nothing seems to work. Even if I download alternative apps.

There are no pre installed watch faces within the app. Only three that are on the watch itself. Thats very disappointing

The watch is great and simple to use. Only issues are the following : The watch often changes its face by its self. The faces that are displayed aren’t accessible. The watch goes out of sync with the time on the the phone. Not all the notifications pop up even though all are in abled on the app. I can’t access the settings in the watch itself. When I click on settings it scrolls up.

I love the app , does everything I want. I would like to ask if you can add MS Teams support on the notifications, I have the VK-5081 smart watch

Hi I am generally happy with app it’ used to count my steps and all other activated settings but now it is not and I have tried to reset it deleted and re installed still no joy . Please assist thanks 🙃

The watch is great and works fine. My only concern is that when you link data to your health or vitality app, the workout data is NOT sync nor allowed to share data. It only allows you to share sleep, walking + running, heart rate, active energy & steps data. You will find all allowed shared when you go to settings > health > Data > Volkano active. Here you will see all the list data that can be shared from the Volkano App to the Health App and “workout” data is not included there. If you can include this shared data I think the watch can be rated at 5star.
