We support facilitation in the fields of nursing, caregiving, and healthcare.
With this app, you can smoothly proceed from scenario creation to simulation recording and debriefing.
Create facilitation slides and assign various conditions to tasks that learners are expected to complete.
[Scenario]
- A sample scenario for functionality check - “[Nurse] Sudden Change Response” is provided.
[Briefing]
- Slides can be created in eight steps, including situation, location, and necessary items.
- Four types of nursing record and free-input formats are available.
- Automatic generation of patient and vital sign information.
- Guides can be created for each step, such as a debriefing guide.
[Simulation]
- Time management for simulations.
- Automatic recording via voice transcription.
- Register and display images to reference during simulations.
- Multiple rhythm check timers.
- Colorful buttons.
- Temporary recording to mark spontaneous actions.
- Categorization of recorded data.
- Record buttons can be organized into sheets or groups according to the simulation flow.
[Debriefing]
- Automatic assessment of task results based on set conditions.
- Supports display of various guides, including a debriefing guide.
- Display of checklist items tailored to each guide.
- Export results to CSV files.
- Ranking statistics
[Conditions for Automatic Assessment]
- Easily assign conditions to tasks via touch & drag.
- Set conditions using AND/OR logic:
- Example: Task is achieved if both Action A and Action B are performed.
- Example: Task is achieved if either Action A or Action B is performed.
- Set conditions using NOT logic:
- Example: Task is considered failed if the action is recorded.
- Set conditions based on number of times an action is performed:
- Example: Task is achieved if Action A is performed three or more times.
- Set conditions using rhythm timer:
- Time intervals can be set up to 59 minutes and 59 seconds.
- Completion can be based on a specific number of repetitions or unlimited.
- Example: If an action is performed every 15 minutes and recorded 10 times, the task is completed.
[Other Features]
- Supports both portrait and landscape orientation.
- Pressed buttons are clearly indicated for visibility.

No instructions?

This app is very hard to use. There are no instructions or explanations of any of the terms and it is not immediately clear what is what. The app looks to have been written by a technician who knows exactly what to do, not a new user. Using it is a matter of trial and error. Easier to just go and push the buttons on the timer!
