I am trying to Track Application status of newly applied voter card but it is not letting me select state, neither it is working on website

Very very bad app nothing to do only bugs

Go to form 8 Enter id Click on the drop-down to select state The app closes abruptly Pls fix if this is a bug

While I’m using app and select a state option app automatically crash again and again worst experience

The OTP never comes to login or for passwords. Uninstalling it and trying now the traditional method to change voters address.

App crashes every time I want to fill form 8. I wonder what kind of developers does eci hire.

Its getting crashed when I try to select state from dropdown. Beacuse of this im not able to perform any task. Not sure who developed and tested this app.

It just exits when I click to select state, please do proper testing before releasing the version.

Hi about a year back I had applied for voter card where the reference number was generated and after that for at least 6 months there was no movement. Later now when I am trying to apply again after loggin I when I am trying to select the state it logs me out. My app is an updated one not sure why is problem is arising. It is definitely not user friendly and leaves one frustrated.

I’m glad you replied. I re-downloaded the app just to check the issue, and now it seems it is resolved. Earlier, the moment i entered the EPIC no. & clicked entered, the app crashed. This inconvenienced me as i was unable to find the info. when i needed it. But be it so, good to see the problem is fixed now.
