I requested multiple times to cancel my subscription to no avail and yet after three days my card was charged 75 euros the quality of service is not even worth that When I asked for a number I can contact I was given no response do not subscribe to this VPN you will get robbed

To anyone who thinking trying this app read this !!! When you gonna click on the free trial they gonna charge you right away for a year, and then will ignore your complain like they did to me. Don’t get tricked by them like i did guys, thereare better and more honest company than this one. And also using few video ( less than 5 )of food donation to look more cool its just pathetic. Thanks for scamming me vpn 🙌
J’ai pris un abonnement d’un an pour ce VPN il y a un peu plus d’un an, tout s’est bien passé mais il y a quelques jours, j’ai été débité à nouveau par l’application pour une année supplémentaire sans l’avoir demandé. Cela fait maintenant 6 jours que j’envoie des mails au service client mais personne ne me répond, j’ai uniquement droit à des réponses automatiques. Je pense que quand on paye un abonnement premium, on mérite au moins une vraie réponse et on ne devrait pas se faire arnaquer comme ça. Ne prenez pas cette appli si vous ne voulez pas vous faire voler !
Lorsque j'ai commencé a utiliser ce vpn il marchait tres bien mais lorsque j'ai réinitialiser mon téléphone il me proposait plus que un seul vpn qui n'etait pas tres performant
From my experience your services in China have been useless. Basically I wanted a solid VPN to follow the Paris Olympics. Connection to live French TV to follow keeps on breaking. I 'm emclined to think that this VPN App is a total scam🤬 Very poor services. Thank God I'm going to Vietnam tomorrow for a week🕊️I'll be able to follow the Olympics in perfect conditions.
