Не могу купить ни одну подписку

Скачал приложение, хотел попробовать, взял пробную подписку на 3 дня. В итоге она то ли не применилось или ещё что, но когда я хочу начать пользовать приложением вылезает просьба купить подписку и трёх дневный триал не даёт продолжить.

Very bad ,not connecting

Withdrew money for an annual subscription without my permission. I downloaded the application with a free trial period. Then it turned out that without warning 5490 rubles were withdrawn from the card !!! for an annual subscription. I’m not going to use the application, especially for one year. The subscription was canceled, but the money was not returned... Сняли деньги за годовую подписку без моего разрешения. Скачала приложение с пробным бесплатным периодом. Затем оказалось, что без предупреждения с карты сняло 5490 рублей !!! за годовую подписку. Приложением я пользоваться не собираюсь, а уж целый год тем более. Подписку отменила, но деньги не вернули.

It’s a one and done and keeps taking you back to same point after that. Didn’t work well on the one so they have lost my business. If your opening gambit is blatant dishonesty who will really trust you with guarding their data?

I was charge £65 for year could not get a refund so ive been using it every so often. My subscription is ending 26 June but the app doesn't work and when i reinstall it keeps trying to charge me again such a waste of money🙄🙄😡😡

I’ve been waiting 10 minutes to load a page on google. Very poor quality connection for a ‘premium connection’. I’ve cancelled my subscription.

Downloaded it, advised me it was free for 3 days but then proceeded to charge me nearly £65. Deleted instantly and will be contacting my bank for a refund!
