It used to be good when I started my membership in Summer but it’s been awful during the last 3 months. Sometimes I have to wait for half an hour so it’s connected. I’d love to cancel the subscription asap and get another one.

Achtung!!!! Es gibt keine Probezeit, das Geld wird sofort abgebucht, hab an Support geschrieben und möchte mein Geld zurück. Es gibt sogar das nötige Land nicht in der App obwohl es stand es ist drin.

Vorsicht! Es gibt keinen 7 Tage Proberaum, es wird direkt abgebucht.

The app suggested a 7-days trial for me, but they charged 25€ for annual subscription immediately! I don’t need it! I couldn’t see the list of countries before the payment and country that I need is not available. You just steel a 25€ from me!!!

They took money for 1-year subscription at the same day when I agreed only on free trial period
