Great you’ve added insurance for hosts, but the review process and notification reminders for hosts falls well short of Airbnb.

The ap is unreliable. We are often locked out and when we re in a location with poor internet connection, all other aps and pages will load and VRBO is the one that doesn’t. There has been talk from our local agent of getting the ap fixed but there is no improvement. Very poor result considering the fees we pay.

Forget it with this Ap. you’ll have to do it yourself

A poorly designed app. Handles the basic functions, just. But very buggy. Some current issues: - link to reviews does not work - use of auto complete in message fields takes cursor to end of the message - no useful reviews of potential guests These issues have been ongoing for a while, the fact they aren’t fixed speaks of lack of care by the company for their clients. AirBNB fees without the same level of service.

We use VRBO along with two other platforms VRBO IS / has always been the one that give us problems. I suspect that they try to do to much with the program in doing so developing bugs. We receive about 30% of our bookings from VRBO and that is the reason we stay.

I used to use it easily. Now I need to remove and reload when I want to do something in it. Doesn’t work as it used to.

Can’t log into the owner app at the moment as it has a pop up window advertising the traveller app. Can’t close that window down as it alternates between the ad and the log in window. If I choose to download the traveller app (which I already have) it takes me there, but when I choose “are you a host” from the Accounts menu, goes back to the login and the same loop begins again.

For some reason messages are not coming through the app

I find this easy to use on the app. Not so much from my computer?

It is not very good. Please update your app so you can inform me when a guest is arriving. Other platforms do this !! Tk you kindly. Micheala
