Ya vincula con Alexa pero me dice Alexa: “El dispositivo no es compatible con esto” cuando le diga que encienda la luz de X lugar.

No permite enlazar con Alexa
Funcionó perfecto hasta que en diciembre 19 de desvinculó, he hecho de todo y no se vincula nuevamente
Error sincronización
La aplicación no está permitiendo conectar con Alexa de ninguna forma
No sirve con Alexa
No se conecta con Alexa, todo el tiempo dice “intente mas tarde” antes funcionaba perfecto y la dañaron

Desde hace varios días dejó de funcionar con Amazon Alexa. Se desconectaron y no permiten volver a vincular. Arreglen eso. Llevan semanas asi.

It stopped working and linking with my Alexa since Thursday 19, it was supposed to be fixed by Friday 20th and it is still not working.
Solución al desastre de la APP
Hace dos días dejo de funcionar la conexión con Alexa y tenía más de 10 dispositivos conectados y la solución que encontré fue desvincular todos los equipos de la app VTA + e instalar la APP Smart Life y haces el mismo procedimiento para configurar todos los dispositivos. Esto fue lo que me funcionó después de intentar mil cosas para no dejar a mis clientes más tiempo sin sus dispositivos.
